Bilingual/bicultural professionally oriented foreign language teaching is an interrelated mastering of native and foreign language, native and non-native culture by a student, development of a bicultural personality with sensitivity, sensitivity, empathy, tolerance, etc. The integrative model of stage-by-stage formation of future specialist's professional competence is based on the idea of forming an artificial subordinate type of bilingualism capable of setting a vector of conscious learning of foreign language/culture and specialty. The model contains a goal, learning content, technology, etc. The levels of competence realization (linguistic, cultural, subject) and its structural components are considered: cognitive (synthesis of general and bilingual/bicultural knowledge), value (motivation, needs), strategic (verbal, learning and research strategies + reflection through the prism of native and foreign language). The book is addressed to specialists and researchers in the field, practicing and future teachers of higher education and teachers of specialised classes.
