Markus Kammermann says about networking: "When I first installed a network for a small office, the cable I used was a yellow Ethernet coaxial cable with a "T" piece. Years later, I deployed switched star cablings for servers and clients, which was superseded by gigabit cabling and the installation of wireless networks. Today, the "Internet of things" is emerging with devices and components communicating directly via sensors. So there is no standstill in the IT world. And I am still in need of your suggestions and contributions which, incidentally, help improve my own skills, too."
