Rosen, Michael: Clever Cakes

Michael Rosen is well-known as a poet and broadcaster and was Children's Laureate from 2007-2009. He has devoted his life to entertaining children with his writing and performances and to informing teachers, librarians, parents, publishers and government agencies of the importance of supporting children's books. Ashley King is an illustrator living in Warwickshire. He graduated with a First in Illustration and Animation and has since specialised in children's illustration. His first children's book, Erica's Elephant, was published in 2016 to critical acclaim and he has illustrated titles for many prominent authors including Michael Rosen, Sylvia Bishop and Michelin star chef, Glynn Purnell.
