When Michael visits the aquarium on a school trip, something strange happens: without thinking, he dives into the water and swims with the dolphins as if he has done it all his life. It was published sixteen years ago and has sold steadily in its native Dutch since. Patrick went on to write twenty-five more novels, and continues to be an extremely prolific author. He is the recipient of the Children's Choice Award.
