Sargent Frederic O.: Rural Environmental Planning for Sustainable Communities

Frederic O. Sargent is the former director of the Rural Planning Graduate Program and professor emeritus at the University of Vermont. Paul Lusk, at the time of publication, was an associate professor in Architecture and Planning at the University of New Mexico. Jose Rivera was director of the Southwest Hispanic Research Institute at the University of New Mexico. Maria Varela was adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico and a MacArthur Foundation Fellowship recipient.
