This book is filled with herbal ideas, perfect for both beginners and experienced witches looking to incorporate more herbs into their practice. Wild herbs grow in places that are often uncomfortable, urban, yet are rich in beneficial properties, can be eaten or used for balms, creams, and ointments. Like witches who cure and heal, even weeds are on the sidelines and found in unconventional places. Beautifully illustrated and functional, the book is easy to navigate and offers a guide to wild herbal magic. In this book you can get to know both weeds and witches: a look at those on the outskirts of the city, the railway, the country road, the undergrowth, the seafront, and more. For each place, you will get to know the witch who lives there and the power of the nature that surrounds her. Each chapter begins in a new location, introducing the witch who lives there and the unique set of weeds she has access to. It then goes on to present several cooking and cosmetic recipes, as well as magical uses for each.
