Jivanta Sch?ttli is Lecturer at the Department of Political Science, South Asia Institute, Heidelberg University, Germany, member of the Heidelberg University Cluster of Excellence, and Deputy Editor of Heidelberg Papers in South Asian and Comparative Politics (HPSACP).
