Über den Autor de Saint-Exupéry, Antoine

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, geboren 1900 in Lyon, absolvierte nach dem Abitur und Wehrdienst eine Pilotenausbildung, arbeitete als Pilot für Air France und war im Zweiten Weltkrieg Teil eines Aufklärungsgeschwaders. Erfolge als Autor feierte er mit L ' Aviateur, Volde nuit und mit Terre des hommes. Ein Jahr vor seinem Verschwinden auf hoher See, im Juli 1944, entstand sein wohl bekanntestes Werk Der Kleine Prinz.
