British-born Caroline Bretherton has spent more than 20 years following her passion for food. After running a highly successful café in the heart of London's Notting Hill, her career soon grew to include TV work on the Food Network, and writing for The Times Weekend Magazine and The Daily Telegraph. Now based in North Carolina, USA, with her husband and two sons, Caroline continues to write, teach, and, above all, cook.
